Intriguing, how these things turn out.

Well, I got no Potter, which is very sad. No one spoiler me, please. However, I DID procure myself a brand spanking new Gamecube, in addition to new Zelda. I go out to get Potter, and I come back with Zelda. Very odd. Feel slightly broke, but whichever way.
As it happens, CATHEH was the one who sold me this beauty. I came in and loitered around during her shift, but the sale weakened me. *grin* Mother wanted me to get a PS2 on the grounds that when we went away she could use it as a DVD player. Peh! I laugh at this foolishness! Besides, I can always get a PS2 later. I may have just spent $350 plus, especially if I get POTTER soon, but I'm working to earn about that much during the holidays ANYWAY. So. Ashie just called. I leave, now.
I WILL get Potter.

The Untouchables was VERY cool. Sad, though- two of the Untouchables died. Gotta hate that Al Capone. And I love Kevin Cosner- he's so PRETTY. Heeeeeee.
Zelda is SO GOOD. Now if only my mum would shut the FUCK up about ps2. If I want one, I will BUY one. I do not want her nagging me. What IS this? It's my money, it's my time, it's my entertainment console and it's sure as hell my LIFE. I would thank her to stop making derogatory comments about how Zelda is a baby game and how everybody else is intelligent enough to buy ps2, which can be used as a dvd player and thus has a function once it has become an otherwise worthless hunk of junk gathering dust in a corner. Her words, I quote. Parents don't seem to understand that I LIKE consoles for the sole fact that I like consoles, and that I really don't give a damn what their opinions are. Especially since it isn't even hooked through a tv, let alone something they use.
Besides, it isn't like they even know the first thing about the difference between gamecubes and ps2s. Feh.
