Well. Haven't been on lj for a few days, as have been rather distracted by playing Suikoden. Very cool game, that. Anyway, nothing particularly interesting has happened to me. I've been downloading Legend of Mana from an EXCEPTIONALLY slow server for about 28 hours now (literally, I'm serious) and it's up to about 94%. Says it's got something like 2.5 hours to go, so feh. I WAS going to wait this evening until it had finished, but screw that. I'm taking up break for now in Suiko, I'm tired, and just... no. If it doesn't work, I will fucking DESTROY something. Slow servers deserve to be SHOT.
And I feel this whole incident just proves I have a masochistic streak.
Lemme see... Maths coaching today, was the first time I'd left the house since the holidays BEGAN. Surprisingly enough this was as a result of game-playing, NOT pr0n reading. Nevertheless, future career as 'hermit' is all cut out.
When I went to Maths coaching, it became clear that all this staring at screens emitting radiation at me was causing my brain to leak out of my ears. In succession, I got 36 equalling 42.7, took 5 minutes to multiply 4 and 8 to get 48, and subtracted 1 from 42 to get 39. I'm going to be a total mindless vegetable by the end of these holidays, I swear. Vocabulary has completely gone down the tube too- keep saying thingy.
I may go to bed soonish. Ho hum.
