Jan. 30th, 2004 12:11 pmI did actually miss something in the last post. And with SE magic it's actually more effort to edit than to update, so. (Also, I love this song and wished to shallowly use it as my current music. *grin*)
First of all: The Moving Van. There was a huge white moving van across the road yesterday, which is obviously very suspicious. Last time there was a huge moving van in our street someone got burgled. Anyway, I told mum, and mum rang the police. So if anyone gets burgled in our street, the police are going to come talk to me. O_O (Ah, not so scary, they came to talk to me last time with the van too. I just wish I'd had time to get the license plate.)
I am a very paranoid person, however, and the appearance of the truck has made me very jumpy. Every time I hear a noise or Ebony pricks her ears, I think someone is about to break in to the house. It's times like that that I kind of wish Ebony was bigger... actually, no. I wish I had a bigger dog in addition to Ebony. ^ ^; Hm, storm...
Also, I forgot something very important:
Why the Patrick O'Brien books are the gayest gay series of gay that ever gayed unintentionally. I mean, they get referred to sometimes as the AUBREY/MATURIN series. When I described how Stephen and Jack met in the first book, my MUM thought it sounded like a romantic comedy! And my mum is like, the anti-slasher. Also, the pet names. The acting like a married couple. They're just soinlove. In fact, theirloveissooldmarriedcouple.
Ahem. Yes, I'm done.
