tammaiyaHave fallen into pattern of go to bed at 3:30, get up at 12. Will very much regret this in a few days, when I have to go to the coast, but for now, it is a satisfactory system.
Bought Mario Sunshine for GC today. Amusing game, it is. Almost bought FF Crystal Chronicles too, but refrained. Will wait for that one.
Hollow Bastion sucked, and I still have to go back and get the puppies. GOD DAMN PUPPIES. How many of you guys got the special ending, by the way? Also, Sephiroth = very very cool, but VERY VERY SCARY.
And love Leon a lot. Mmmmm. Leon. The voice! The hair! The PRETTY. Plus he's kind of nicer than original!Squall. I mean, he cares about puppies, for crying out loud!
... FF8 Squall caring about puppies. Now THAT is a scary thought.
Saga Frontier 2 gets even more depressing. It's like, wheeeeee, now that you're attached to these characters- let's KILL 'EM AAAAALL! In various ways, at various times, while you sit there whimpering softly and clutching at your controller death after death. And then end up with stoopid characters that maybe you don't like because they really are unlikable or maybe you don't like because they're not the old characters. Or... something. Um. Just ignore all that, maybe.
Bought Saz's present today, after quite a lot of indecision. Mother called me thoughtful. Huh. Not something that happens every day. Apparently she thinks I'm so nice that it would be a waste for me not to go into a line of work where I'd deal with people. *blink* You learn something new all the time.
Mother and I don't see eye to eye on the fundamental issue of bags. I don't see what's wrong with having just ONE bag, in which one keeps all one's crap, but no. No, if I was a proper girl, I'd know that it is utterly vital for a woman to have *4* bags. Or so. Summer and Winter casual and formal.
... we went bag shopping. Mum was looking for a winter casual bag, with me making commentary in the background such as:
"For the love of god! A bag is a bag! They're really BAGGY! Why can't you just have one bag? ... look, does it really matter? No, not that one, that one looks like a flowerpot- who CARES. It's just a BAG. You know, for carrying stuff in? Sheesh, women."
It always occurs to me AFTER I say that that technically I'm including me in that statement of exasperation. Still, I just don't understand the whole bag-as-accessary kerfuffle. *shrug*
Had work to- last? night. Was wonderfully quiet, and have also got replacement for shift, so thank god for small mercies.
I don't want to go to the coast on Sunday. Le sigh.

I actually was going to splurge the extra 100, but they didn't have it in stock so I went, Oh well, I'll get it later. Maybe when it's cheaper. ^~
