The most depressing thing about going back to school, I find, is the way it always feels like you've never left. Clearly it's so deeply ingrained within our beings that 3 weeks or even 3 months of holidays can be erased immediately upon a return to routine. Sigh.

Mrs Pelvin gave year 12 a lecture about how it was easy to lose motivation in our last semester this morning. Oh, the irony! I have lost so much motivation that it's lying in a puddle on the floor. I just don't care anymore. I haven't the faintest clue what we were talking about in history today- aside from the bit where we found out we're going to King Arthur- and I spent IT surfing the net and trying to spam Cori and Ji with email. Yeah, baby. I did pay attention in Japanese, though. Hooray. Also, we got our year 12 jerseys. W00t.

Karaoke fic is now up to just over 3200 words. I can't write song lyrics in fics to save my life, Lord save me from myself. It was vaguely acceptable until I got up to that bit. *WOE* Also, Fuuma sucks and I can't find a song for him. I am so tempted to ring my brother up and brave the "hahahahah bad gay porn" mocking that it is quite scary.
