Oct. 30th, 2004 04:32 pmThough you can't tell on the internet, I am actually kind of a lot sick. To the point where I am deliriously tired (couldn't sleep), am head-achy and ear-achy and throat-achy and hot and cold and dizzy and unable to focus or think properly.
Have a medical certificate that says I don't have to go to school until Wednesday. Apparently mother is going to ring school and sort it out so I don't have to do oral until next week, as such things as practicing or even writing it are beyond me write now. In fact standing is also rather beyond me. And my ears hurt to much for music, which is complete and UTTER woe.
Though not as much woe as swallowing. *wince*
At least, however, this time it is happening a week BEFORE my dance concert. Last time- 2 years ago- I fell sick on the Friday of the concert (November 5th) and it buggered up my entire weekend.
Which reminds me, Sis and Mars were very loving and considerate at the time. Have not forgotten despite how long ago it was, so <3 to you both. *loves*
It's also rather reassuring to know I'm not making it up and I actually am very sick. XD
EG:
Mum (who had it on Wednesday): And the hot and cold flushes are really horrible.
Me: ... you mean I wasn't imagining those?
Mum: *sweatdrop*
Another thing is parents are suggesting I change my degree to a BA in International Relations, as would allow me to do Japanese and give career opportunities in government and media. Checking it up now.

Date: 2004-10-30 04:12 am (UTC)Internationnal Relation is interesting. I did a couple of classes related to this, and I find the subject fascinating (of course now I'm doing something in Business because i've been told it's not a very useful degree in France, but in Australia it might be different)
