Dec. 15th, 2004 12:49 amThank you everyone for birthday wishes etc. Cori, that is the best IOU I've ever seen. *g*
I went on a big ruthless throwing out of Crap spree in my computer room today. Three garbage bags filled with useless cords, floppy discs, old manuals, dried up printer cartridges, game boxes that are maybe 10 years old...
Yes, we never throw anything out. I am a horder. I feel really bad throwing stuff out. Only I managed to get over it and start chucking with a vengeance. Slightly sad, quite nostalgic, VERY therapeutic.
Both siblings remembered my birthday and called, which makes me happy. It's a particularly sweet gesture from my brother, because he's not usually a very considerate person.
Checking UAI tomorrow. Today, technically. I haven't cared about it for the whole of the last semester, but somehow I chose TODAY, today when there is nothing more I can do about it, to stress. It makes logical sense, but it doesn't mean I have to like it.
Also spent a lot of today playing Symphonia. <3 Kratos. And I'm so glad I figured out certain spoilers (which, er, haven't been revealed yet actually but very heavy hints have been dropped) when he made his first appearance, saving me from certain morally wrong slash-related desicions, because I hate finding out when it's already too late. Phew, close call.
In other news, God hates women and I hate my ovaries. So much pain. So much. It hurts through pain killers and hot water bottles. *cries*
Anyway, I'm not tired but I really ought to go to bed now because I have to wake up tomorrow morning for the UAI. (*double shudder* morning. UAI. ugh.)
Night!
