My parents seem determined to depress me into working harder at school. They just pointed out that something may go wrong, and then I'll get a score so low I can't even get into arts. Then, they said, I'll have to repeat year 12 at CIT. And then dad said that Uni was not a right, it was a privilege, and that if I failed, I obviously wasn't trying hard enough so I'd have to take a job and pay my way through part-time uni like he did. However, mum did tell him off for that one.
*pout* I think my parents are inclined to always think the worst of my. They assume that because they don't SEE me do any work, I don't DO any. Sure, I'm slack, but I do work sometimes! Far more than they seem to appreciate. And a hell of a lot more than some people. Humph.
