Look, look! She gave me a Livejournal! Don't she just rock? I'm SO happy, hooray! You can tell- I use too many exclamation marks. ^ ^; Mmm, my shoulders are all stiff and stuff. (Hee, it rythmes...) I had my dance concert last night, and being a wolf apparently involved heaps of hunching. O_o; Given that I've done that dance multiple times and never really felt pain before, I don't pretend to understand it. Maybe it was all that imitation ballet dancing backstage... Heh.
I only got to see about half the other acts, because I spent large proportions of my time in the dressing-room and backstage, unfortunately. I did, however, get to gossip with Mari, Ellen and my friends in their ballet class. I sat next to Emily when we were allowed to watch, and we bagged the crap out of Legs. ^ ^; Meh, ultimate rivals and all. They had skank costumes. The Irish dancing was really cool, though- Fi was in the second lot (the only one I got to see), and she was really good. Eugenie, Victoria and Jen all came to watch Mars and me, so in the interval I found my parents, my aunt, my friends, Malcolm and his family. O_o; Dude, ten people, and I didn't even find Mari's family. (I was with them before the performance though, so that's ok.)
You know, I should probably be doing homework. *whimper* Year 11 is evil. It destroys your life.

My computer died. DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIED, I tell you! Obviously, it's not dead at the moment, so I'm probably being melodramatic, but anyway. My dad made me install this virus scanner a while back. It destroyed my computer- it took ages to fix, and to fix it, I had to delete the registry. That meant I got to keep most of my files, but heaps of stuff got killed, not exactly at random. For example, I had to re-install Windows and Microsoft office. I didn't have the cds, cause I'd basically pirated them from my dad's workplace. ^ ^; Anyway, he brought spare cds home, so I got most things back. However, it took a long time and some stuff like shortcuts and internet history died. *pout*.
Now today, dad made me attempt to install the craptacular virus scanner again, DESPITE my protests. This time, I managed to fix it with relatively little pain, thanks to my brother in Sydney. However, he told me to prevent such future horror, I really should re-format my entire hard drive. That means deleting EVERYTHING. Basically, now I have to choose what to save by burning onto CD and what to obliviate, and it'll take ages to re-install everything. *whimper* Why? WHY? Thank god for Canberra day, otherwise I may have just curled up in a corner and cried.
