Ah, the art of procrastination

I'm reading slash from The Sentinel and downloading mp3s when what I should really be doing is salvaging things for the reformat. Hmm. I should probably do some homework as well, but strangely, the idea does not seem to appeal to me.
You know, one of the archive sites I visited had a great motto. "Making the world a happier place... Two pretty gay boys a time." So very true.

I think I have too much music... oh well.

You know, whilst reading a heap load of Due South and Hornblower slash, I have been somewhat halfheartedly preparing for the big reformat. And now I've taken a short hiatus from the slash to actually burn the stuff, and guess what I discovered? My music files are more than twice the size of all my other files (the ones I'm saving, that is) all together! My other stuff doesn't even fill one CD. My music takes more than TWO cds. Oh, well. Meh. *shrug* I like music.

Reformatting

Music causing more difficulties than previously suspected. Am most displeased. This is actually a very large effort in co-ordination. Damn. Also, am completely disgusted by bad Hornblower slash. Archie dies already, which is a BAD thing, so there is absolutely no need to make him do so early. On top of that, Captain Pellew took the opportunity to sleep with Hornblower. *shudder* Bastardization of characters... butchering of Archie... *grumble grumble*
I begin to detest this reformatting even moreso than before, dammit.

Hate life.

Urg. Eyes feel all granular and... ick. Have most likely spent too long on the computer. Have most likely read too much slash. Are probably updating livejournal more than is strictly healthy. Feel vaguely like bashing head into brick wall. I now have 4 reformat-cds cause the music made up 3 discs all on its own. Parents periodically yelling at me to go to sleep. Too much school work. On the plus side, I learnt 42 new kanji this weekend. At least Japanese isn't suffering.
Went through all my dance routines this afternoon- my legs buckled from the mere warmups at first. Definite sign of too much computer. Oh well, who gives. Me and the computer have an understanding.
I felt I needed to put this quote in. It amuses me duly.

It's called Coldhearted. Basically, the *Nsync boys make a bet that each of them has to sleep with a Backstreet boy. It's really funny. I just kept cacking myself- what? Why are you all looking at me like that?
You know, even I think I'm kind of sick and twisted sometimes. I read real people slash about boybands I have only ever heard one song by. *blink* Anyway. I think I might go sleep now. Mother is yelling at me again.
