Oh my god what. I am so sick of working. Almost every hour aside from the occasional trip out (eg, to see Neil Gaiman, to see the Fantastic Four movie), Mari's visit on Friday, sleep, food and updates to yours_faithfully is being spent on uni work. Even when I'm on the net, like now, I have a chapter on Japanese phonology open in front of me and am frantically taking notes so that I'll still have time tonight to catch up on LAST WEEK'S Contracts and Lawyers, Justice & Ethics reading.

I AM DOING A BACHELOR OF MASOCHISM. *weeps*

I want to translate and I have no time. Woe.

Ick, so do I. Logically it should actually get worse, because I'm only in week 1 of the second semester, but then again half the problem is that some of my textbooks didn't become available until the end of the week... so maybe once I catch up it'll be okay.

:D Just wait 'till you actually get invovled in law and you realize you have to do CLE (continued legal education) and that becoming a lawyer is like never, EVER leaving school. (Or maybe that's just the 'States XD)

It's not just the Law-- it's the combination of Law with Japanese/Japanese Linguistics. I suspect that when that particular combination is made it ceases to be a combined degree and transcends into this horrible fusion that is like... the child of Satan and the Marquis de Sade, perhaps.

Uh, sometimes my own mind scares me. Never mind. *cough*
