Plz note beforehand that this will be very coloured by what I've been watching/reading recently. Note also that I'm trying to be realistic, which is why there are no guys on this list. Because otherwise Roy Mustang would be right up there.

1. Riza Hawkeye, FMA. Because she is hot, and she's strong, and she loves puppies, and she can control Roy. :D

2. Kasumi Karen, X. She's sexy, and she's so strong and fragile at the same time. She's gentle. And she knows what she is doing, like wo.

3. Mizuki, HanaKimi. She's so CUTE, even if she is really dense. She's so short, and so sweet! <333

4. Youko-chan, Tactics. She's pretty inside and out. I love her smile.

5. ... Oh, what the fuck. ROY MUSTANG! :D Because he's so sexy gender is irrelevent!

(And, omg, you seriously need to read Bleach just for Yoruichi alone, who has half the Bleach fandom willing to turn gay for her, that's how hot she is.)
