Today is one of those "low-grade crap" days. Got up for my one class-- 11 am Japanese tute-- at 9.30-ish, had breakfast, decided "buggre alle this for a larke", told mum would catch bus to a later tute, went back to bed.

Sugar at this point was 6 point something.

Got out of bed again at about 12.30. Sugar was 1.8. For those of you who don't know BGL mmol measurements: that's REALLY FREAKING LOW. So I went "buggre uni generally!" because it takes an hour to get there and an hour to get back by bus, and that's travelling time twice the actual tute time. Plus I had work tonight (and that is in fact where I am), plus I don't learn anything in Japanese tutes.

The flipside to this being that they mark attendance and tute sheets, but at least I've been to all the others this semester.

Anyway, I only just got above hypo-level then. By eating cake. Uh, yay?

Actually, today isn't so crap. I was cranky earlier because my fingers stung from guitar strings and work was busy and files kept going missing (and the blood sugar thing), but it's quieted down now and it's not actually THAT bad. And on the bright side, my guitar is retuned and I can still play it! :D

Seriously, it's been so long that when I tuned it I accidentally tuned one of the strings to the wrong note because it was CLOSER to that note. <<

Now, for dinner!

Oh, to any interested parties, Yellow has in fact been licensed, so the other three volumes (1,3,4) that I haven't scanlated will eventually be available, for what it's worth.

Maybe I'll try to get a doctor's certificate for the hypo/tute today... <-- advantage to working at doctor's office!

ETA: Oh GOOD, medical certificate. That makes things a little easier. (Doses also adjusted.)

The orange juice wasn't working, I had already had about three glasses of orange juice and a little powerade. -_-;

Hypoglycaemia-- I couldn't go to my Japanese tutorial because I was having a hypo straight from midday to 8pm. 8 hour hypo, whooooo. *sweatdrop*

you must be a bit more patient with that, it is not immediate... I mean if you eat so much you'll get hiper later (yes i'm scolding you XD)

8 hours hypo?!?!?!? O_____o;;;; how exhausting must be...

It was less exhausting than it sounds, I think. Mostly because I'm good at ignoring physical stuff. I don't even notice feeling sick when I get too high, really.

I never read Yellow, but once it vomes to the bookstores I may go and glance through it. I've heard it's good.

Put up volume 2 on last post, check it out-- it's SHINY. ^~ That was the only one I bothered scanlating because scanning is a bitch, but you don't need volume 1 to understand.
