Last night-- this morning?-- I was up past 5 writing. I will finish this fic before I sleep! said I, for I have to write one-per-day if I want them finished. And lo and behold, I did. But it wasn't easy. Anyway.
Kept meaning to update for the past few days, kept not happening until I did a quiz. Isn't that always the way? Tristan's party on Saturday was fun, got utterly trashed even BEFORE Tristan and Daniel got me the tequila sunrise. XD Oh how I love not getting hangovers. Anyway, sleptover at Mari's and stayed the next night for Christmas dinner, which was really really fun. <3 The catchphrase for the weekend was "get a room", when I hugged people-- Clive to me and Tristan when I was leaving (we were drunk, and unstable, and needed the table for support, what can I say), Mari to sis and I (she'd been chucking foam at us and we were like "wtf?", to which she replied "I'd tell you to get a room if it wasn't completely inappropriate!" *giggle*) and finally, sis to Mari and I when I was going home (sis is smirking; I say, "you're totally thinking 'get a room', aren't you?" and she said, "nah, you did that last night." *was struck retortless!* not that sis was home. *lamely*)
Have been playing Tales of Phantasia PS. Oh, how I love the ability to play it in Japanese. <333 I could be doing more productive things like writing (although I'm sod at that during daytime) or packing my room into boxes, but I am tired and zapped of energy. Eh.
Reminder to self: tutoring in 2 hours.
Also, I might be getting a new computer for birthday/christmas. If I do, it will be a 3ghz p4 processor, 160gb hard drive plus my existing 200gb, with a 17" lcd monitor, 1056mb of ram and a spiffy video card. it will be most fantastic. the only downside is the bit where I'd be contributing almost $800 and feeling really broke afterwards.
So much for saving up. I'm going to be completely cleaned out of cash after Christmas. SIGH.
