Update from Sydney. Too tired to say much. Was supposed to be staying at my sister's but nobody could be fucked moving my suitcase so I'm staying at my brother's. Big Day Out was today. Am in world of pain. Sunburnt. Feel like feet about to fall off, as was standing most of the day. Was in the D Area for 5 and a half HOURS, at the end of the night, which... ow. Getting in there, and the standing. But so worth it, to be that close to the stage for The Living End, Franz Ferdinand, Iggy and the Stooges and The White Stripes each with a one hour set. Franz Ferdinand were absolutely BRILLIANT, and Iggy was utterly crazy and got members of the audience up on stage with him for one song. The security guards looked incredibly harrassed.

More later. Half dead. Ow ow pain ow ow. Back in Canberra on Saturday.

PS-- Abby. Brother's place is in Stanmore, just off Enmore Rd. May have time to meet up tomorrow?

Wishing I had an icon that said "Fucking OW." Hm.

Awwww *pats and passes over aloe vera ointment* three days til I'm in your city, girl!

Haha, hopefully it's not the aloe vera ointment my brother had. XD A few days ago he got burnt at the cricket so he picked up this aloe vera ointment thing without checking the ingredients. When he started getting a rash, he realised it had a bisulfate compound in it, which is an allergy mum gave ALL of us. Heh. So he still has it sitting around, but I very wisely haven't used it. The sunburn has faded a bit already, though-- I usually tan (when I'm not pale and corpselike from avoiding Mr Sun) so my burns fade to a tan relatively quickly. :D

OMG, YES. AWESOME YAY! We'll have to arrange if you want to do something on Monday or what. *bounce*

Hee, okay. That makes sense. In which case I shall bum around my brother's house and possibly meet up with after work to utilise his 20% off voucher at Kinokuniya... >D
