parents: *apparently disagree; mum likes zebra, dad likes ferns*
I: *think both would be overwhelming in large quantities, actually* *veto!*
dad: ... hm. *lays out the fabrics on the ground* Ebony!
me: ... you're getting the dog to vote?
ebony: *walks over and sits down on the zebra print*
all: ...... *crack up*
me: I think you've been outvoted by the dog, dad.
