tammaiyaToday's lesson: If you put plastic in the freezer for two months, it becomes very, very brittle. If you drop it on the floor with something heavy frozen in it? It shatters. Like glass.

Dear dissenting judgements in Henderson's case: You make no sense. NO, REALLY. If you're going to come up with such convoluted distinctions between when the State can legislate to restrict the Commonwealth and when it can't, you could at least be more specific! RAR. HulkSMASH.
