Hahaha I have finished my criminal law for tomorrow! *proud* It is late. I am sacrificing sleep to start writing what is possibly the most pretentiously wank-tastic mirage of blaze fic in existence. Okay, maybe not. But close. :D

Tomorrow I have an appointment with the sub-dean of Law about my degree structure. I had an appointment with the sub-dean of Asian Studies on Tuesday. *contemplates Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, which is apparently the best choice for her*

My mouth hurts, and I had three hypos today. :( Speaking of, apparently hypoglycaemia is a form of insane autonomy according to the criminal law. Nice to know. Next time I hypo I will say "SORRY, I AM INSANELY AUTONOMOUS."

I'm not sure about what 'insane autonomy' means XD, but if I kill somebody by mistake or by deep anger while in an hypo (hypo causes irratibility)... how I'm suposed to demostrate I _was_ low sugared???? I've always wondered about this point... @_@;

ops, forgot... BE CAREFUL! 3 are too many! ... I'm ultra careful now, since after too much low sugar time I got vertigo (again ;_;) nerves/angst = hypo = more nerves = more hypos = mind/blood pression/ears inestability = vertigo....

I know. ;; I was hardly having any before I went back to uni and now I'm having them all the time. It's really annoying! If I drop the insulin it goes too high, and if I don't, I hypo. Last night the third hypo happened after I'd only had 10 units of insulin with dinner (usually I have 12) and twice the supper I'm supposed to have. WHAT. WHY.

That is becasue sugar levels are not as ... how to say it... 'mathematically' controllable as doctors think/say. I can assure you sugar levels have will and sometimes they act weird only to piss us off XDDDD What you are explaining is just what happend me 3 weeks ago, I could not control it, say it keep 'normal' and I payed the effects... ^______________^ but don't worry, soon it will stop, once you get used to the uni routine ;)

Yeah, basically! :D I don't know about Spanish law but in Australia (and England, and probably Canada and America too) crime is made up with the physical element and the mental element. You can't be guilty of the physical element if it was involuntary because of reflex action, unconsciousness (say, sleepwalking) or autonomy-- which is when you have no control over your actions. So epilepsy, hypoglycaemia, dissociation, mental disorder, that kind of thing. It's split up into sane and insane autonomy, and hypos are insane apparently! :D :D :D

I'm not sure, maybe if you check your sugar either immediately before or after? The meter keeps a record...

Here is the same ^_^ Iwas told that if I'm driving with an hypo and my replexes are not working and I kill somebody in an accident I could not go to jail... but I've always thought it is too hard to prove I was, just becasue the panic would made my sugar up immediately and I don't think I would care to test being so worried. That is why I don't drive, I don't want to kill me or any other person XDDDD
