Have now officially completed the steaming pile of absolute crap that is my draft essay. The introduction reads like a conclusion. *shakes head sadly* Plus, it's repetitive. However, it is FINISHED, and it is 1417 words long, which is good enough. Hopefully the editing shall turn from raw crap into reprocessed semi-purified crap. We shall see, I fear. But for now, I REJOICE! No more essay for ME until TOMORROW. Joy!
Taped Singing in the Rain, this afternoon. Shall watch the Fred and Ginger movie tonight.
Why is there not more Singing in the Rain slash fiction? That's what *I* want to know.
Have also found a Radical Dreamers patch that's mostly good. Kid is a pain in the arse, it's a mildly crap "game" (it's like a story- you know, one of those "choose your own adventures"? Yeah. One of them, except on the super nintendo.) but it DOES explain stuff about Chrono Trigger and Cross. Note to self- need to find some way of purchasing games from America that doesn't involve credit cards. Dammit.

I LOVE Singin' in the Rain. It's the COOLEST MUSICAL EVER. I loved it as a kid, too- and I admit, the dancing and singing were probably the best bit for me as a child. Then I loved the romance. I saw a live performance of it in Sydney a year or two ago, actually- there was a rain machine, and the people in the front row got splashed. (One of the actors said in an interview later that they were specifically targeting people who were clapping enough, which amused me)
I get the feeling that I may be slashing it more now, though. I mean, I did read one Cosmo/Don that I found when I was looking for something else, and it was really cute, but then it was the only one I could find at all. *sigh* There's no SITR fanfiction, did you know that? Practically none.
As for missing it... do you want me to lend you the tape after I've watched it?
