Nov. 7th, 2006 02:21 amHAR HAR MY SUMMARY FOR INTERNATIONAL LAW IS DONE, DESPITE COPIOUS PROCRASTINATION (featuring such things over the past week as: writing christmas fics, translating mirage of blaze, watching the mirage of blaze ovas, watching tv, talking to people on IM, doing memes, refreshing LJ mindlessly, hitting up facebook... yes. I am JUST THAT FOCUSSED) and I have a whole day in which to holepunch and tab it and do practice papers with it!
My summary, for the record, is 57 pages long. In hierarchical dot points. But that's still almost 14000 words. YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT. And if you think I'm not summarising enough, a sample from the last part of my notes, on the Iraq war:
(c) Pre-emption
(i) The third justification offered by the Coalition of the Willing was the doctrine of “pre-emptive self-defence”
(ii) Pre-emptive self-defence is a bastardised form of anticipatory self-defence that seeks to do away with the requirement of immediacy
(iii) Pre-emptive self-defence is not and has never been an accepted exemption against the use of force, and the UN has made this clear; see above
Anyway, yeah. It's done! hopefully it will be of the slightest use on Wednesday. ><
Also, my last exam is in a week, and after that I will catch a coach to Sydney and see U2 live in concert. Yay!
Fwaaargh, tired, should go to bed.
