Jan. 29th, 2007 07:09 pmEr, I don't know if this is news to anybody, but Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ (plus Chain of Memories) is apparently slated for release in the US in (Northern Hemisphere) autumn? This is unofficial, I haven't been able to find confirmation, but the Gamefaqs site tends to be fairly reliable. Just thought I'd mention in case there was anyone who didn't know and would be interested. It's being released 29 March in Japan-- autumn in Australia, coincidentally.
Mari and Yuka are back from Japan and this makes me happy. ♥ Am going to see them tomorrow, yay.
In other news I only have half a hamper of dirty clothes left-- IT'S LIKE A MIRACLE! Had a checkup with my endocrinologist today, nothing particularly out of the ordinary. He thinks that we're probably never going to cut out my hypos completely, at least not in the short term, but I should be able to reduce the dinner-time ones by dropping my morning Lantus.
As for uni, I'm hoping not to get fined for late enrolment. I just happened to be checking my uni email today and one email said "must enrol by 29 January" that being TODAY when I remembered that, oh fuck, I still haven't done anything about my fourth class because I need a wretched permission code and every time I've rung the Japan Centre I've got the answering machine. Stupid Japan Centre. So after small panic I enrolled into a random class (harder than you might think, because even if there aren't prereqs you haven't met and you haven't done the class before, it gets pissy if you do a course "outside of your degree" so even though I am doing a Linguistics major and COULD do a straight Ling-code course if I wanted, it won't let me put down those without a permission code EITHER, yeesh) and then remembered I hadn't enrolled in my second semester classes either. So that's all done now, at least; you can change classes without penalty until March 2, so it doesn't matter about the random course I'm in just yet. I just hope that by 29 January does in fact include 29 January or I'm-a screwed. <<
Connected to this frustration, the Japan Centre still hasn't scheduled its classes so I only have (slightly less than) half a timetable, yet already it sucks. Sigh. It's not very clear about whether there is a choice with the Corporations Law lectures or whether they're both compulsory-- usually law has streams, but usually also law has more than 2 hours of lecturing, so. Assuming there is no either/or choice there, my timetable so far = Monday 9-11 Admin Law lecture, Tuesday 1-3 Corps Lecture, Friday 9-11 Admin, 11-1 Corps. AKA: CRAPPY. Still need to fit in 1 hour of tutorials for each of those classes, probably, replacing the second hour of one of the lectures when tutes start, and 3 hours each for Japanese Lexicon and Advanced Japanese: Speech and Presentation. Whoooo.
And in conclusion, the horrible temptation I ALWAYS FEEL when faced with disgustingly cute pet games has lead me to the conclusion that I am sick. Sick in the head. *shiftily starts playing Dogz*
