tammaiyaOkay, LJ, this is it. The moment of truth. The last access to the internet I will have before arriving in Japan. ... or, okay, maybe there's internet at Sydney airport? I dunno, whatever, my siblings are taking me out for dinner anyway so it's not like I'd have time.
BUT the point is, my flight out of Canberra is two and a half hours, and my flight to Tokyo leaves Sydney in 6 hours. I am still not totally recovered-- my throat isn't sore but my sinuses are still a little clogged, which has the potential to make this flight SHEER AND UTTER HELL. I am going to pray, however, for some kind of divine mercy that will spare me 10 hours of headache/ear pain.
The luggage has been repacked and is now only SLIGHTLY overweight rather than 20kg overweight. Etc, etc, I'm leaving soon and want to cuddle my dog so you can have more detail later.
Oh, also, I watched the finale of Torchwood this afternoon. I have this to say:
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. I can't believe they even. But. I mean, it was good, but. THEY WENT THERE? FOR REAL? waaaaagh.
PS: GIP. I have a list of reasons why Guy Cecil is about as heterosexual as a row of rainbow circus tents covered in pink fairy dust. On fire. I'll share them later. For now, have an icon I spent a SHAMEFULLY long time figuring out how to make it sparkle. (it didn't work out quite like I planned but whatev.)
