In Nagasaki.　Fire Festival in Daizenji tomorrow. Would say more but I'm kind of really tired at the moment. Odd because I slept in this morning and today wasn't TOO taxing but I suppose Leareth and I did manage to end up on a route that had us hiking 10km plus around a mountain yesterday so perhaps to be expected. Keeping a notebook; you may or may not get more details if I can ever be bothered typing them up and uploading the photos. If people are interested I will, but if it's just for my own sake I might stick with the written half-Japanese version.

Meanwhile the point of this post is to say that if anything interesting happens in your lives or you've written fic or there's just anything generally you feel you ought to know about (I did hear about the 11th Doctor today, but, for example, I only found out about the land war going on in Gaza from the Shinkansen news feed, so) link me here! I am so out of every loop ever, seriously. Hey, even if someone ELSE has written fic that you think I should read.

Also, email to phone is always welcome; there are a lot of long train rides in my future. I believe that tomorrow alone there'll be about 5 hours sitting on a train, and an hour or so sitting around waiting for changeovers if we get unlucky.

I loved, loved, loved Nagasaki when I was there. It has a really unique atmosphere to it. I hope you have a lot of fun! (Don't forget to have castella and champon!)
