Actually, the hilarious coda to this story is the bit where tonight, with totally no context prompting it, my mum started asking me about Leareth's boyfriend and why THEY didn't go on holidays together. XD I think she decided it wasn't that odd after I explained, but seriously, pffft, what.

I was just like, well, she went with her family, her parents gave her the ticket for Christmas, she likes Japan, Rohan and I were travelling, it was a good opportunity to see more of said country. XD
