There may still be photo spam-- I am not ruling that out-- but right now I'm feeling pretty lazy so you just get a general update instead. And fanart spam, why not. BASICALLY since getting back from Japan I have been spending my days as a pile of lazy sludge. Well, this is not entirely fair; I wrote a reflection paper for the competition, I've been doing translation work for a job I am hoping to get translating a chapter of an international law textbook and research work annotating sound files for one of my Japanese linguistics lecturers, and I've been drawing a lot. Also, I rewatched Coffee Prince, read the first 25 volumes of One Piece, started watching the anime, finished the second Layton game, FFXII & Tales of VS and got to the end of Last Remnant. But in terms of actual physical movement? Sludge. Today I decided to get in the pool because the temperature here is something ridiculous like 40 degrees celsius; this is the first time I've been swimming in possibly over two years, mind you. I dunno, I just had a thing about it for a while, whatever. But while I am still quite happy with how I LOOK in the bikini, it is kind of tragic that my arms and legs started to get tired pretty much as soon as I started swimming laps. This is especially fail considering that a month ago I was climbing mountains in japan. OTL

Meanwhile I rang the new medical centre about training and haven't had a call back. I think soon I'll give up and try looking for a job as a paralegal or something.

OH YEAH WAIT I did do one thing: I CLEANED MY COMPUTER DESK. It was epic. It was hard labour. It was HILARIFYING because there's stuff I keep around here from highschool and also lots of dust and just useless crap, but the hilarity was mainly from old notebooks (me: *flipping through yr 12 english book* ... Why did I draw Iago so hot? I'm a freak.), old drawings (some reasonably good and some TERRIBLE depending on when they were drawn) and a bunch of drunk ficlets I wrote for a party game about five or six years ago that are pretty funny. Oh man. I'm still to afraid to go through the drawers of the desk in my room, though.

... as for writing, I really need to get back to it and update BBX and stuff, but I think the drawing has stolen my writing mojo. So uh. Have some fanart? SOME OF IT IS NSFW.
