Ebony is dead too, but I have more of a reason. All SHE did was go on a half hour fast pace walk (waddle). I did the walk, and then I did half an hour of extremely labour intensive yoga. Having my sister around seems to equal excercise... ah well. I suppose it's good for me.
*sigh* I'm going to go drink water.
