Arm=Pain.
This didn't take too long to figure out, and was provided with a lot of substantial evidence during the excessive loads of paperwork completed at work. For a sedentary job, I seem to do an awful lot of working. I carry a lot of heavy stuff, too, which my arm is fully aware of and is still complaining about. *wince*
Aside from this new discovery, I also found that fictionpress is teh CRAPULANCE and hadn't actually uploaded my chapter. Like it SAID it did. Stupid thing. A whole lot of things make sense now. *mumble mumble*...piece of shit... Have now fixed THAT, anyway. So Met and Gabs are back and silly as ever.
Grandpa is really, REALLY not well. Am incredibly depressed, and must get crying out of my system NOW cause I can't in front of grandpa. Mum and I don't want him to die, but mum says she'd prefer that to him living on in the current crapulant condition he's in indefinately. She's right- grandpa was always fiercely independent. He must HATE it.
She said he's a lot like his own father, who apparently used to frequently say, "if I lose my marbles, kark me off." Interesting sentiment. Sounds like a character- I can see what mum means about grandpa's resemblence to him, even though I've obviously never met him.
Sigh.
Edited to say: Rohan has apparently found a way to claim his CD purchases as tax deductible. Sneaky.

It must be so hard for you just watching him *hugs* I haven't had to deal with the death of a gradparent yet so i can't really say i know what you're going through but i can imagine, have you thought of counselling

Well, grandpa is my last grandparent, unfortunately. Grandad died before I was born, Grandma died when I was 11, and Nana died when I was about 14.
I've decided against counselling. My experiences with counselling have taught me that I don't really like it and they make you write too many lists.

*hugs* poor shivvy. The only grandparent of mine that is dead is my mum's dad, and he died when she was about fourteen or so. Lists?

Yes. Counsellors make you write LISTS. Like LAST year when I went cause Jen told me to, I went twice and each time she asked me to write a bleeding LIST.
I hate lists.
Mrs Peters in the junior school used to be good. She was really nice. But she's retired now.

I don't really know. ONE of the lists was "alternatives to cutting". I don't even remember what the other one was. I think it was silly, for memory. Then again, all lists are silly. Oh, who cares.

You READ it?! And you DIDN'T tell me about its glorious silliness and its almost-LITERAL-rolling-on-ground-in-elpless-iggles-ness?! GAH! You suck! It's the funniest thing I've read in AGES....*hisses like an angry cat*

No...it's on the same page as the GVF, but you never told me of this little gem. It was something else that you never sent the link to...or maybe not. Gah, can't remember.
