(no subject)

my grandpa is back in hospital, this time in a critical condition. he had a heartattack this morning. dad said there's a possibility we may have to go up for the funeral next week.
before you ask, i think i feel fine. this is probably because i'm in shock, but i don't want to talk about it or think about, so please don't try to counsel me or whatever. i'll work through this in my own time, i guess.

I've got to decide whether or not to go to Sydney tonight. I don't know if it's a good idea... I'd like to see grandpa, but I may not get to since his condition is so bad, and I'd probably end up in the way. Also I have a lot of homework, which is just VERY bad timing. *sigh*

If you tell your teachers what is happening then they will understand. As for wether or not you go to sydney well that is completly up to you.

thing is, it's not homework that's actually DUE, as such. in years 11 and 12, it's up to you to make sure you don't fall behind. and I have tests next week. *sigh*

Some people read too many Greek legends for their own good too. I was reading about the Ancient Greeks the other night...being gay was considered kind of an intiation thing, and sexual love poetry was mostly boys, some girls while romantic love poetry was just about always about boys.
