I have returned. My first action? To spam/regale you all with tales and babble from my time away, of course! Then to slog mightily through first all of YOUR entries (this may take me 24 hours or so, I suspect) and then through all the Adrian RP ones. Then must post as Ade. This could be some hefty doing.

Tuesday

Well, packed and went to bed at about 3-3.30 am, got woken up at 8-8.30 am, collapsed in the car for about 2 hours restless sleep. Thought about what to do with Ade aka PHA upon my return. Got to Newtown, dumped Ebony, had Japanese for lunch. Arrived at Beecroft only to discover that the Webers were over, so got buried under cousins for a while then proceeded to be determinedly lazy, not go anywhere, and read Small Gods. Then we all went out to dinner at an Indian restaurant, Max was really loud, and I was really tired. After we went back to Beecroft (hereafter referred to as 'home' for the duration of my stay in Sydney) I set up my PS and played Jade Cocoon for some time, then stayed up reading until maybe 3 am. (Finished Small Gods, I did.)

Wednesday

Got up... latish. Midday? Started playing Jade Cocoon again, then turned over to Breath of Fire IV. Webers came over again. I turned of BOF4, and put on Puchi Carat. They complained I had crappy games, so in retaliation I converted them to Jade Cocoon, Final Fantasy 8 and Legend of Mana. Mwahahahaha. The geek has her revenge. Then I played Jade Cocoon again and got stuck on the Wind Boss. ^^;
I walked down to the shops with my cousins and their dog Tibby, and we got hooooot chiiiiiiiiips. Mmmm.
Manymany people came over (most of them family) for dinner. Technically we ate Chinese, except I missed dinner entirely as I was locked in my room studying Japanese. How sad, I missed breakfast too, so all I got to eat the whole day was hot chips and a sandwich. ^^;
Had a major school-related stress-out (couldn't do Japanese, didn't know what to write for my English oral) and burst into tears. Thank god for Tom, is all I can say.
After hoards of family left, Auntie Marie arrived from Canberra. I played Legend of Mana and then Breath of Fire IV; went to bed after I beat a boss in the latter.

Thursday

Went out to Macquarie shopping centre with Dad to get a Japanese dictionary. I almost fainted at the dictionary prices in Borders. I mean, I knew their books were expensive, but SHEESH. I was really hesitant about it, but dad bought me the one I needed. It was $90. I feel a need to be nice to my father, now.
We got back, Webers were there again. Did some Japanese. Didn't feel like being active, so played Jade Cocoon some more. Beat the Wind Boss quite easily having trained up a fire minion the day before, and invested much time and pain into FINDING the bloody Earth Boss. Finished the game just as the Webers were leaving. Feel very accomplished- I usually chicken out right at the last dungeon/boss and don't want to finish games. I'm freaky like that.
Anyway, sat around and did Japanese for a good long while, and then went over to the Webers for dinner. Once again, whole family. Manymany people. 3 small dogs. Erk. So Ebony and Jackson and Tibby were all just racing around underfoot barking. *rolls eyes*
Watched 2 episodes of Futurama on a DVD with younger generation, ie brother and cousins. Damn, I love Futurama. It's been too long, says I.
Also watched Kath & Kim and CNNNN. I don't usually get to watch K&K due to the fact I work on Thursdays. Rest assured that I gloated about my non-worklike state.
When we got back home, I played L of M for a while, finished the Siren's Song mission, and went to bed.

Friday

Went over to Newtown, felt carsick on the way. Good reason to hate Sydney, that. So I didn't want to move, and just hung around the house reading the City Watch Trilogy the whole time with Jackson and Ebony lying on and/or around me at various times. Parents brought me back a hamburger for lunch.
We went back to Beecroft, I continued to read, and then we went over to Bruce and Lois's for dinner. Ceilidh and Rohan were there too, but NOT the dogs. We watched the Rugby World Cup opening ceremony, Australia vs Argentina and then Roy & HG on The Cream. Deborah has a GORGEOUS piano, so I was sitting around playing it, and then she brought out her mini-guitar for me to play. Then I went back to the piano, and Rohan, Ceilidh and Deb had a conversation I most heartily approved of about how I was good at everything. One doesn't hear that sort of thing often, especially not from their siblings, so yes. ^^;
There was much... alcohol, and desert, and such. Great night, that was. We were all really exhausted when we got back, which would have been about 12-1 am. Went to bed, quite clearly.

Today

Learnt a Very Valuable Life Lesson. Am never going to touch alcohol again so long as I live, dammit. Of course, everyone always says it and no one ever means it, but you know. I only had one glass, too. Bugger that Shiraz.
Discovered that you only get dead-skunk taste and headache when absolutely sodding pissed; I felt nauseous, and realised that this was a hangover when my sister told me.
Notes:
1) Never, ever travel with a hangover. In fact, don't MOVE. Stay in bed, dammit. (discovered this the hard way, not that I had a choice)
2) Drink loooooooots of water.
3) Grilled meat is good. You will want to eat steak and sausages and potato. Do so. (Ceilidh said that was hangover food AFTER I ordered it. It made me feel a bloody sight better, too.)

Anyway. I threw up, before we went out for lunch of meat. LOVELY.
So now after another long and boring car trip, I'm back. I've been about an HOUR updating this bloody thing. ^^; I had 143 emails, almost all spam. I HATE SPAM ARGHARGH BUGGRIT. I shall now attempt to plough my way through my friends list... *pokes it with stick*
Onwards!
