So I'm in Sydney, and I'm only briefly on the computer. At. Um. 1.30 am. Also, I won't be on the computer at ALL after Christmas, I'm pretty sure. The flight to Tasmania is on Saturday, and quite obviously there are no computers on a road trip.
Couldn't sleep, story of my life. Got to sleep, EVENTUALLY. (We're talking 3 hours of trying, here. Literally, I mean.) Got up in the morning, was very very tired. Caught coach, forgot discman, life sucked. So did coach ride, really, as had no music (I'm obsessive about music- can't sleep properly without it, and I'm always calmer and think much clearer when songs I like are on) and the seats were uncomfortable and I was cold, but it wasn't that bad, I guess. Sometimes I'm glad for being so apathetic- I can't be bothered getting upset. Somehow managed to sleep lightly and think a bit, even without music. Will wonders never cease?
Okay, would just like to make the point that I can think without music. Shut up.
So I went and played golf with my brother, because I am a sucker and I'm too nice sometimes. Conversation excerpt:
"... so mum's been complaining recently about me acting too much like a boy."
"Yeah, Ceilidh has too. She wants a little sister she can go SHOPPING with."
"Well. Um. Think of it this way; Ceilidh gets duped out of a little sister she can go shopping with, but on the OTHER hand, you have a little sister who will play computer games and watch movies and play golf with you."
"...True."
Golf was... I don't know how to describe it. Ji will know what I mean when I say I had a tetrahedral. Feet are a bit sore. Wussed out of the last 3 holes, lost dad's 3 iron, dad = pissed off. Rohan had a good time. If he wanted me to go again, I would.
Am quite possibly a masochist.
Or maybe I'm just too nice to my brother.
Watched Lucky Seven and American Psycho 2 tonight. Both amusingly crap, especially the latter. All Over The Guy is the cutest thing ever. (Not that I watched it tonight, but it's one of the 10 movies we hired. And I've seen it before. I just thought I'd mention the slogan thingy:
"One girl. Three guys. Two couples. You do the math.")
Ceilidh wants to take me shopping. I hate wearing shoes. That's all I'm saying. However, unlucky me, I have got exactly one (1) out of four (4) Christmas presents. Kill me now. Please.
Still have one fic to go. Will hopefully do it tomorrow.
